In 2024, Danomast A/S acquired all shares of JO Flagstang , a well-known Danish e-commerce retailer specialising in flagpoles and accessories.
The company becomes part of Formenta Group, further strengthening the Group’s position in the Nordic market.

Jansson & Partner brings deep expertise and a strong product range within outdoor waste bins and is a well-established and reputable brand in the industry.
In 2021, Formenta — together with architect Magnus Thureborn, landscape architects Mareld, and interior architects RumRum from Malmö — was awarded Värnamo Municipality’s Architecture Prize.

Henrik Nyholm and Eric Smith, founders of Uteprodukter.se , were accepted to Prince Daniel's Fellowship .
The two-year programme gives participants the opportunity to develop their businesses together with selected mentors from Swedish trade and industry. The mentor for Uteprodukter.se was Bo Lundevall, founder of Dustin.se .
In 2019, Formenta presented the project for a new 5,700-square-metre factory and headquarters in Värnamo, located beside the E4 motorway.
The architect for the project was Magnus Thureborn and the landscape architect was MARELD, both based in Gothenburg. Formenta planned to move to the new location in early 2020.
On 2 January 2019, Formenta Group completed the acquisition of the family-owned AB Fingal Johnsson & Söner , founded in 1928.
Fingal Johnsson became a new brand within the Group and added important products for safe outdoor lighting solutions.
In 2017, Uteprodukter.se , founded in 2013, was announced as the 29th fastest-growing e-commerce company in Sweden by ehandel.se .
